As co-owner and founder of Grain Media, Jon was recently Emmy-nominated for his role in Oscar contender Virunga, and 2015 saw the release of his debut feature SuperBob, marking the birth of Britain's first ever superhero rom-com, starring Brett Goldstein and Catherine Tate. Described as a 'modern romantic classic' by Ricky Gervais, the feature was a success across cinemas worldwide.
As a prolific commercials director, Jon has directed work for some of the world's largest brands including Nike, New Balance, Samsung and Nestle, ID & Dazed.
Grain has a wide variety of TV and feature film projects in production and development, and has been Oscar, Bafta and Royal Television Society nominated, and we were thrilled that Jon came to share his work and experiences with us.
